No Limit Mentoring Empowerment Program Welcomes the return of workouts

No Limit Mentoring Empowerment Program strength and conditioning workouts are held EVERY Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm at PS DuPont Middle School.  There will be no footballs allowed on the field and all athletes need to bring their own water bottles.
